Homer's 7.5% sales tax will be added to the above rates.
Pets not accepted, sorry. This is a non smoking house, outdoor designated smoking areas.
Children 14 years and older are welcome.

To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit must be received within 7 days of the date the reservation is made. The balance is to be paid within 30 days of arrival, unless otherwise arranged with Maureen. The deposit is refundable upon 30 days notice prior to the date of
the reservation.
